As the Customer Service Supervisor, Jacinthe’s focus is on improving customer satisfactions and building lasting relationships with our customer base all while servicing them with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
She is Responsible for the supervision of the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer service is given to our customers as front-line service representatives for all inbound enquiries about products and services at Exel International. She also ensures compliance with all of Exel’s quality assurance programs, while maintaining operational and on time delivery standards.
Jacinthe previously worked in customer service roles in the financial services and medical services fields as well as holding the position of Customer Service Representative with Exel International from 2019 to 2021 prior to her promotion to Customer Service Supervisor.
She is appreciated for her determination, dedication and leadership skills.
